How it works
- We suggest. We read your brief and suggest speakers who could suit your audience, subject and budget.
- An agency can confirm, if you want one. With your agreement, we introduce you to a specialist speaker agency. It checks availability, confirms fees and handles the booking.
- You decide. There is no charge from us and no commitment until you agree terms with a speaker or agency.
Why we are not an agency
Virtual Keynotes is a planning guide. Agencies are best placed to confirm availability, negotiate fees and manage contracts, so we leave that to them. Our job is to help you get the brief, the budget and the sign-off right first, which makes the rest faster.
