Why a business case speeds up sign-off

Most delays in booking a speaker happen inside the organisation, not with the speaker. The proposal reaches finance without a cost per attendee, reaches procurement without the supplier details, or reaches a senior sponsor without a clear reason for doing it now. Each question adds another round of emails, and good speakers rarely hold a date for long.

This builder gives each approver the information they will ask for before they ask it. It works from your own answers. It does not invent results or promise outcomes, so the case stays credible when people read it closely.

What you leave with

Keep the case honest

A keynote is one part of a wider change or learning effort. It can give people a shared language, energy and a clear next step, but it will not fix a structural problem by itself. The strongest cases say what the keynote is for, how you will check whether it worked, and what the organisation will do afterwards to keep the message alive.
