Tell us your brief. We’ll draft the talk.
Most speakers turn up with the same talk they gave last month. We think that’s the wrong way round. So we’re trying something different.
Tell us about your event, your audience and what needs to be different afterwards. We’ll look at what’s going on in your sector, then take a first pass at building a talk around it, drawing on Caspar Craven’s books, frameworks and stories. You get a one-page outline back within a day. If it looks right, you and Caspar talk it through and shape it to your world.
No fee for the outline. No obligation. Nobody calls you unless you ask them to.
How it works
- Your brief. Seven short questions. Two minutes.
- Our homework. We look at what’s changing in your sector and what your peers are saying publicly.
- First draft. Within a day you get a one-page outline: a working title, what we’re seeing in your world, the ideas the talk would hang on, the stories that fit your audience, and the questions we’d want to ask your leaders before writing a word.
- The conversation. If it lands, book 20 minutes with Caspar to go through the nuances and how it fits your event.
Why we do it this way
Growth comes from experimenting, and this is ours. Every talk Caspar gives is built for the room it’s given in. That usually means a deep dive into what matters to the audience, conversations with a few senior people to get the wider view, and then a talk written for them and nobody else. This just moves the first step forward, so you can see the shape of the talk before you’ve committed to anything.
The honest bit
The outline is a starting point, not the finished talk. We’ll have looked at your world from the outside, so it will ask as much as it tells. If you want an off-the-shelf keynote, this probably isn’t for you. If you want one built around your people, start here.
Still shaping the event? The complete planner builds a fuller brief, and speaker suggestions are a separate route if you want a shortlist rather than a draft talk.
