Write one sentence about what your audience needs to understand or do differently. Use the topic selection guide to turn that sentence into a brief. A subject is useful when it fits the audience, not simply because it is fashionable.
Find the question behind the topic
A topic library is most useful when it helps you distinguish neighbouring questions. Leadership concerns direction and decisions; teamwork concerns coordination between people; change concerns moving from one way of working to another. They overlap, but choosing a primary question gives the virtual keynote a clear centre.
Resilience and wellbeing also overlap without being interchangeable. A session about responding to a setback is different from a discussion of working conditions and support. AI, economics and sustainability need a defined level of expertise and an explicit boundary around claims. Customer experience becomes concrete when linked to a particular customer moment.
Open a topic guide to find sample briefs, audience distinctions, moderator questions and virtual delivery ideas. The scenarios are editorial illustrations, not claimed client case studies. Use them to improve your own brief rather than treating them as a fixed script.
